Is the largest and most matronly of the Flying Cows. A gentle giant in black and white, she embodies calm and comfort. She wants you to focus inward and embrace the true you.

CORA

Has a small white spot on her forehead in the shape of a heart. With her caramel-colored coat, she reminds you to keep your heart open—you are safe and loved.

TERRA

Is as strong as the earth, with a sleek black coat that shows off her power. She is fierce and fearless, carrying a message to tap into your own courage.

Celeste

Is as beautiful and graceful as a cow can be. With a coat of white and eyes of blue, she reminds you to be compassionate and stay connected to your own inner light.

VESPA

Is the youngest and most playful—with a fiery red coat and wide brim of horns separated by a patch of punky hair. She reminds you to laugh and play and not take yourself too seriously.

AVÉ

Wears a coat of many colors. She is warm and wise and full of kindness, and a
manifestation of all the other cows in one—much like you are a reflection of the people around you.

Gracey

Is nurturing and kind, with a salt-and-pepper coat that she wears like a comfy old
sweater. Her silver eyes tell stories with wisdom and grace. She can help you make a difference in the world.

These seven flying cows and their seven, distinct personalities are our guides through life with the Fly-High Method.
